Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened tea tins or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package back to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
Receive Refund
